Local mentoring and coaching sessions take place in Ashland, Oregon. Sessions last 1.5 hours and take place primarily outdoors. Long distance appointments are available to schedule in 1 hour increments. I utilize an integrative approach incorporating:
Transformational practices that include somatic work, personal myth, archetypal integration techniques, and education based systems of finding passion, purpose, and meaning through the honoring and exploration of life phases.
Nature connection practices that awaken our senses, reflect our inner experiences, find meaning in our own natural rhythms, and deepen our connection to ourselves, others, and the natural world. This may look like an easy stroll through the woods, playing a game, a sense meditation, plant identification and wild harvesting, listening to a river sing, animal tracking, learning bird language, exploring primitive skills, getting dirty, and so much more.
Reflective practices that identify cultural trauma, personal wounds, edges, and gifts.
Creative practices that serve as a doorway into our unconscious to unlock what may be hidden and to heal what may be hurt, to illumine what is longing to be seen and to celebrate the unique expression of life that is you! Due to my background in expressive arts therapy supporting creative expression through sound, movement, collage, drawing, painting, writing, and more is a core aspect of the healing path.
This work is about nourishment. It's about making fire and eating flowers. It's about nourishing your inner Self deeply, about touching beauty and sharing the story.
This work is about remembering that we belong to the earth.
It's about discovering the Well of Belonging inside ourselves. It's about remembering what serves us and claiming what it is we dedicate ourselves in service to.
This work is about embodiment. Your body is a gift. Be in it. Nothing ushers us into our bodies like nature. As women our bodies are the earth and the earth is our bodies. Just as the rivers tell the story of the land, our bodies tell the story of our inner landscape. What stories are you telling?
This work is about story. Your Story. The one you've lived. The one you want to live. It's about our collective story. It's about connection to Self to Nature and to Others Because the Truth is there is no separation.
Welcoming the Heart: Becoming Body
